Okay, worship leaders and musicians...

What's one song you've always wanted to do at church but never had the chance to play?

Ross' "Everlasting" and that's just because I've been to lazy to transcribe it.

With Evey Breath by Marc and Christine Byrd. When I heard it on the "City on a Hill" CD by Sixpence I really didn't even notice it. Leigh Nash's vocals just didn't do it for me..then one of Hannah's friends let me borrow one of those CD's you get free from the christian book store if you buy something and it had like 4 songs on it but one was another recording of this song.. it was beautiful.. That was probably 6 or 7 years ago..it still rolls around in my head now and then...and I wish I had burned a copy of that little CD.. I loved whatever version that was..Got to have the right vocalist though.. or do it in a different key. Whatever the reason.. have never done it and would like to some day.

Revelation Song...one of the most worshipful songs I have ever heard. Check out Kari Jobe leading this song in Church at the following Godtube/Tangle link: http://www.godtube.com/view_video.php?viewkey=c75ae0615c9ae4c335b4
Note how the instrumentals don't overpower the vocals, but support it nicely, including the drums. Note the dynamics and the love of God that clearly shines through. What a beautiful example of heartfelt worship! And the words are straight from heaven!

Todd, I'd like to meet you if you will be there on 2/28.

Thanks for asking....Just wondered-
can others in addition to worship
leaders & band members give ideas?
